New year brings bylaw changes for Calgary massage parlours

New rules are coming this year for Calgary massage parlours, attempting to separate "massage centres" and "body rub centres."
The city hopes that the bylaw changes will help police focus on businesses that are not legitimate.
Certified practitioners will now be separated from those with less training. All practitioners working out of a building must be certified by one of four organizations.
