Search for missing Calgary woman enters 3rd day

Sandra Mykytiuk-Evans, 56, has not been seen since Dec. 29, Calgary police say. (Family handout )The search for a missing Calgary woman has entered its third day, police said Tuesday.
Sandra Mykytiuk-Evans, 56, was last seen at her family home in the community of Strathcona in southwest Calgary on Dec. 29 around 6 p.m. MT, police said, adding the woman, who is known to suffer from depression, may have stopped taking her medication.
She is described as white with light brown hair and brown eyes, but there is no description of the clothing she was wearing when she was last seen.
The Calgary Police Service and local search-and-rescue volunteers were deployed in the area near Edworthy Park on Monday but found no trace of the missing woman.
Anyone who may have seen Mykytiuk-Evans is asked to call the Calgary Police Service at 403-266-1234.
