Calgary police investigate Bankview stabbing

Calgary police are gathering information from witnesses after a stabbing early Friday morning.
A man in his early 20s was taken to the hospital with critical, life-threatening injuries.
Officers were called to the 1100 block of 15th Avenue southwest around 3 a.m. MT where they received information someone had been stabbed.
Further investigation led police to an apartment complex on the 2300 block of 16A Street southwest where the man was found suffering from stab wounds.
Police are calling it a targeted attack, but the investigation is still ongoing.
