Man arrested in 2009 Calgary homicide
Police say victim escaped death on three other occasions in B.C.

Police found 33-year-old Nima David Tajali slumped behind the wheel of a black BMW three years ago on Fourth Street, just off 17th Avenue southwest.
Investigators say he was ambushed after leaving a nightclub in the area.
Tajali was linked to B.C.'s United Nations gang.
He was living in Calgary when he was shot, but police say people attempted to kill Tajali on three other occasions while he was in B.C.
Police arrested a man in Toronto on Thursday.
He's been charged with first-degree murder and attempt to commit murder.
Warrants are still outstanding for another man.
