Calgary police confirm up to 30 firearms have been stolen from the Calgary Shooting Centre in southeast Calgary.
Police say three people broke-in through the front window that had metal security bars on it, around 4:15 a.m MT Thursday morning.
“They could be sold on the black market, they could move to different countries, different areas, there’s any number of concerns police would have,” said Duty Insp. Patty McCallum.
Police say the guns were stored properly.
Shop owners are performing a full audit to determine exactly what was taken.
