Calgary Police are investigating what appears to be a bizarre break and enter in the city’s northwest.
A woman says she was sleeping on her sofa when she awoke to find a stranger in her house, talking to her four-month-old baby boy.
"She woke up because she heard the baby giggling," said Holly Hurst, the baby's grandmother. "She opened her eyes and saw some woman standing over the baby swing."
The suspect ran out the back door, Hurst said.
The woman is described as approximately 35 years old, with dark hair and a medium build.
She was also wearing a red hooded sweatshirt at the time of the incident
Police continue to search the area around McEwan Valley Road in the northwest.
