Calgary police are searching for a suspect after a woman was groped Thursday morning in the city’s northwest.
She was on her way to work when she noticed a man in a white vehicle following her.
He parked in the same lot as her in the 8100 block of Beddington Boulevard.
As she got out of her car and walked to the building, police say the man walked towards her "making rude, sexually explicit comments" and grabbed her from behind before dropping his pants.
The woman started yelling and the man ran off.
Calgary police say there have been similar groping incidents in recent weeks.
“Anything like this is always concerning to us,” said acting Staff Sgt. Gord Nyhus. “In turn in the last two weeks up here in the northwest we have had two similar incidents, which ... we are investigating.”
The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, five foot eight to five foot 10 inches tall, with dirty blond hair and a scruffy face.
He was wearing a white shirt and light blue pants and was driving a white car.

City police are also investigating two incidents the service is describing as disturbing.
Police say around 1:30 p.m. Sunday a 21-year-old woman walking in the 800 block of 32 Street southeast was approached by a man — naked from the waist down — on a bike.
He circled and grabbed her arm before riding away.
This follows a similar incident on July 10 in the community of Radisson Heights where a man grabbed a woman’s breast while cycling by.
Police are asking anybody with information to call Crime Stoppers.
Photo released
On Monday, Calgary police released a surveillance photo of a suspect in a downtown groping incident.
Calgary police would like to speak to the man pictured in the photo about two recent groping incidents in downtown. (Calgary Police Services)On July 13 around 2 a.m., a woman waiting for a C-Train at the Third Street southwest station was approached by a man who “began to verbally harass her,” say police.
The woman boarded the next train in hopes of avoiding the man, but police say he quickly jumped on the same train car and continued to make remarks.
As the southbound train approached the Erlton-Stampede station, police say the suspect went up to the woman and grabbed her breast.
Investigators believe the incident is related to a similar groping that occurred two hours before near 11th Avenue and Fifth Street S.W. where a man with a similar description approached a woman and grabbed her breast.
The suspect is described as a black male, between 23 and 27 years old, six foot one inches tall, approximately 165 lbs. with a slim build. Police say he has short black hair, brown eyes and was wearing a white T-shirt, dark jeans and a baseball hat.

Around 5:30 p.m. Sunday, two 15-year-old girls were waiting for a bus on the west side of 37 Street S.W., just south of 45 Avenue, when they were approached by a man who police say exposed himself.
The girls ran to the bus, which was just pulling up to the stop, and immediately contacted police.
The suspect is described as white male, roughly 50 years old and clean shaven with a medium build. He is approximately five foot seven inches tall, 160 lbs. and was wearing blue swimming shorts, brown and white shoes and no shirt.
