Alberta throne speech to unveil Redford's new agenda

The Redford government will unveil its agenda Thursday afternoon for the upcoming legislative session in the speech from the throne.
Political observers expect a similar speech as Albertans heard in February prior to the election, but will be looking for a plan containing the many campaign promises made by Premier Alison Redford.
She promised an ambitious new school building program and a commitment to create 140 family care clinics where teams of health professionals would work under the same roof.
The speech will be live-streamed here, beginning at 3 p.m.
