Wounded Killam RCMP officers out of hospital

The two RCMP officers wounded in a shooting in Killam, Alta., earlier this month are now out of hospital.
Constables Sheldon Shah and Sidney Gaudette were airlifted to hospitals in Edmonton after they were caught in an exchange of gunfire at a rural property near Killam on Feb. 7th.
"We're very grateful that they are at home, on their way to recovery, I'm sure that family members are very happy to have them with them," Sgt. Tim Taniguchi said on Thursday.
Taniguchi said RCMP are continuing to give the officers all the help and support they can. He wouldn't comment on the extent of their injuries.
Shah and Gaudette went to the rural property southeast of Edmonton with two other officers to execute a search warrant for a .45 calibre handgun.
Brad Clarke was found dead in the house the next day.
His nephew, Sawyer Robison, 27, was on the run for several days until he was arrested last Friday. He now faces two counts of attempted murder.
