Macleod Trail and Southport Road S.E. CalgaryThe Calgary Fire Department used the Jaws of Life to remove three passengers in a car after an accident with a city bus Saturday night.

The crash occurred in the intersection of Macleod Trail and Southport Road S.E.

When emergency crews arrived, they found the bus had knocked over a traffic light and extensively damaged the car involved in the collision.

A total of six people were transported to the hospital, none had serious injuries.

The driver of the bus and three riders were treated by EMS.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
