A man whose naked body was found near Okotoks last week was murdered, according to local RCMP.
The man was identified as 26-year-old Orphee Rudy Landa Na-Asaba. He went by the name Orphee Landa.
The Calgary Medical Examiner's Officer completed an autopsy but the cause of death won't be released right now.
No charges have been laid. Police are still looking for a 2000 green Chevrolet Impala that Landa was last seen in.
"If anyone feels they may have information about the activities of the deceased, or may have seen him, then please contact the RCMP to provide these details," police said in a press release.
Landa's body was one of two found near Calgary on April 22. RCMP have said both men were murdered but have not described the cases as linked to each other.
The body of Erick Joseph Danis, 37, was also found that day wrapped in a blanket in a field in the Beiseker area.
Danis lived in the Airdrie area and was known to police, RCMP said.
