Boy in critical condition after parking lot accident

A three-year-old boy is in a Calgary hospital with critical injuries after he was run over by an SUV in a northwest parking lot Monday night.
The boy was hit by a 2007 Chevrolet Yukon which was backing outĀ of the lot, located next to a bungalow that is used as a church, at about 8 p.m. Monday, Calgary police said.
The youngster is listed in critical but stable condition.
The Traffic Section is investigating this incident.
