A street person who panhandled in Calgary's Bowness neighbourhood was beaten to death, police say.
Investigators are looking for anyone who had contact with Bradly Edward Aszbach over the Thanksgiving weekend or knew of his whereabouts.
Aszbach, 43, was found about noon Monday by people out for a walk just west of the Shouldice Bridge in Bowness. His body was under a blanket between two trees.

Police released Aszbach's identity Tuesday and announced his death was being treated as a homicide — the 19th in Calgary this year.
"It appears there were some tents, some shelters in that area so it may have been an area where homeless people were living, but we don't know what the motive is right now," said acting Staff Sgt. Chris Matthews.
"We don't know who could be responsible at this time."
