Shaw Communications says all of their services are now fully restored after a fire Wednesday took down computer systems across the province.
Shaw said Saturday afternoon that all of their call centers are operational across Canada.
However, the company is planning a two-hour scheduled outage at 4 a.m. MT Sunday morning.
The outage is expected to affect 18,000 business and residential customers, while an upgraded power source is installed at Shaw Court.
The electrical fire affected 911 access for about 30,000 Shaw landline customers in downtown Calgary, Alberta Health Service's computer systems, Calgary's 311 line and some bank machines.
