SAIT employee sports mohawk for good cause
You might think he lost a bet, but Michael Dyer’s new mohawk haircut is all due to a good cause.
The vice president of Employee and Student Services at SAIT promised his staff that if they raised $6,000 for United Way, he’d sport the mohawk for at least one week.
Well, his employees shattered that goal.
"The best part of the day is that we witnessed $9,000 being contributed to the United Way," Dyer said. The secondary part is that I have a new haircut which I’m excited about."
SAIT's official United Way campaign kicks off this fall.
