RCMP investigating after man dies in Gleichen
RCMP say dead man is from B.C.
RCMP are investigating the death of a 26-year-old man in the town of Gleichen, near Calgary.
Police were called to the home early Saturday morning after reports of a disturbance. When they arrived, they found two people inside the home suffering from undisclosed wounds.
STARS ambulance was called to transport one man to hospital but he died of his injuries at the scene.
A second man was taken to hospital by ground ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
He is in stable condition at hospital.
RCMP say the dead man is from B.C. and his name is being withheld at this time.
An autopsy is scheduled for next week.
Gleichen RCMP are investigating with the help of the RCMP major crimes unit.
There was no immediate word on any suspects.
