Police seek suspects after shots fired at multiple N.E. spots
Police say violence resulted from conflict between people known to each other
Calgary police are searching for suspects after shots were fired in three separate locations in northeast Calgary overnight.
Police were first called to the 100 block of Rundle Ridge Way N.E. around 6:30 p.m. MT Friday.
They found casings on the street but no one was injured.
Several hours later, police responded to a call in the 300 block of Taravista Drive N.E. where a window in a second storey apartment had been struck.
Again, there were no injuries reported.
Then, police say shots were fired at a home in the 200 block of Rundleside Crescent around 1 a.m. Saturday.
They say the three incidents appear to be related and it's believed the violence resulted from conflict between people known to each other.
No charges have yet been laid and officers are continuing to interview witnesses and identify suspects.
