Men charged after thefts to homes under construction
Thefts happened in Calgary neighbourhoods of Evanston and Redstone
Two men have been charges with theft after break-ins to homes under construction in Calgary's northern suburbs.
Thieves broke into unfinished homes and construction trailers in Evanston and Redstone, launching a five-month police investigation.
Two Calgary men, aged 39 and 47, face four counts each of shop break-and-enter and theft, and one count each of mischief to property under $5,000.
One of the men also faces charges of driving without a licence.
