Man, 22, dies after being hit by cement truck in Inglewood
Pedestrian was using an unmarked crosswalk in the southeast community
A pedestrian, who was hit by a cement truck Tuesday night, died in hospital from his injuries.
The 22-year-old man was struck while crossing at an unmarked crosswalk in Inglewood just before 5 p.m. MT.
The man was hit and then dragged underneath the truck.
At this point, police say alcohol and speed were not a factor.
It’s the fourth pedestrian death involving a vehicle this year. Police issued a warning to both drivers and pedestrians in late April to be more careful.
