Police are reviewing another incident earlier that day when two 11-year-old girls encountered a man with the same description in the 2700 block of 49th Street southwest.

"The youth allege the man, who was standing at the back of a vehicle, began touching himself as he watched them walk by," said police. "The girls ran away from the area."

The vehicle is described as a silver or gold, four-door sedan.

The suspect is described as having medium skin tone, 25 to 30 years of age and about five feet 11 inches tall with short black hair.
