Prime Minister Stephen Harper will be cheering for Calgary in the Grey Cup.
Speaking at a Canadian American Business Council luncheon in Ottawa, Prime Minister Stephen Harper said he grew up in Toronto watching the Argonauts.
"I still have a soft spot for them. But now the shoe is on the other foot. I now live in Calgary. I represent Calgary in the House of Commons, so I've got to be on the side of my new hometown."
The Toronto Argonauts and Calgary Stampeders each won their division final games on the weekend and will square off for the CFL title Sunday at Toronto’s Rogers Centre in the 100th Grey Cup.
