Calgary police busted a garden supply business in the northeast, where they found marijuana worth an estimated $770,000.
Officers from District 5 said Thursday they arrested five Calgary-area men in connection with the bust.
They said they found at the garden supply business 110 kilograms of marijuana, 113 grams of cocaine and $60,000 in cash, as well as drug-packaging material and $250,000 worth of equipment that "could be used to illegally grow marijuana."
A 47-year-old man from Chestermere faces four charges, including possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.
Four Calgary men, ranging in age from 42 to 53, were each charged with one count of possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking.
A home on Springmere Way in Chestermere was also searched in relation to this investigation, police said.
