A winter storm in eastern Canada and the U.S. is causing some travel headaches in Calgary.

WestJet has now cancelled seven flights to Ontario, Montreal and Atlantic Canada and six flights from Toronto have also been cancelled.

Air Canada has cancelled three flights to Toronto and another to New Jersey, while seven flights from Toronto have been cancelled.

There are also a number of departure delays.

People are advised to check with the Calgary International Airport website or their airlines for the status of their flights.
