A Calgary man faces nine charges after a car crash that killed three people last October.
The 47-year-old was driving a Dodge Neon when it crossed the centre line, swerving into an oncoming Jeep at 17th Avenue and 39th Street S.W.
Three passengers in the Neon — a common law couple and the woman's brother — died in the crash.
The four women in the Jeep received minor injuries.
At the time, police said alcohol was believed to be a factor.
The man is being questioned by police and charges are expected to be laid soon.
