Cochrane RCMP investigate rollover as critically-injured man airlifted

One man has been airlifted to a Calgary hospital in critical condition after a vehicle rolled over west of Cochrane Wednesday evening, police said in a release.

Seatbelts likely not used, police unsure if alcohol, speed factors

One man has been airlifted to a Calgary hospital in critical condition after a vehicle rolled over west of Cochrane Wednesday evening, police said in a release.

A second man in the vehicle was transported by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.

Cochrane RCMP say the vehicle has travelling westbound when it entered the tunnel under the Trans-Canada Highway between Bear Hill Road and Morley Road.

Police don't believe seatbelts were used and they are unsure if alcohol or speed were factors at this time.
