Some of the eggs have hatched under the Canada goose that made her nest at Calgary's municipal building.

The goose and her mate took over a planter at the back of the building.

The city says they're waiting for one or two more eggs to hatch before volunteers from a local wildlife group will escort the family safely to the river.
