Calgary RCMP have arrested a man and issued a Canada-wide warrant for another in connection with a decade-old homicide.

The "gruelling" investigation into the death of Bradley Webber resulted in first-degree murder charges against the two men.

Webber was killed in his fifth-wheel trailer in Eckville, Alta., in October 2006.

Shayne Earl Gulka, 44, of Lacombe, was arrested Thursday and has been charged with first-degree murder in connection to Webber's death, as well as the kidnapping of another individual.

Police have also issued a Canada-wide warrant for a 33-year-old Calgary man Kevin Edward Brown, who is wanted for the same charges.

Brown is described as white, five-feet-nine-inches tall, around 180 pounds, with blond hair and brown eyes. He has moles on his face and a scar on his forehead. He has a tribal design tattoo on his upper right arm and a Chinese symbol on the left side of his neck.

Brown is known to the Calgary police gang unit.
