Calgary police are on the hunt for three suspects involved in two robberies that involved guns.

Calgary police are on the hunt for three suspects involved in two robberies that involved guns.

The first incident took place Nov. 29 at approximately 3:30 a.m. when a masked man entered a convenience store in the 3900 block of 17th Avenue S.E., pulled out a gun and demanded cash, according to police.

The money was handed over to the perpetrator, described as a heavily built white man, approximately 35 to 40 and standing approximately six feet, who fled.

He was wearing a mask, black hoodie, black pants and black runners with white soles.

The second incident took place Dec. 3 around 7:30 p.m. at a convenience store in the 5200 block of Marlborough Drive N.E. 

Two men entered the store and one of them went behind the counter to take cash from the register and steal other merchandise. 

Police say that when the clerk returned to the front of the store, one of the perpetrators pointed a gun at him. The clerk confronted the man and was hit in the head with the gun, causing a two-inch gash. 

The first suspect is described as a white man wearing a black mask, black baseball hat, blue hoodie, black pants, black gloves and black shoes. 

The only description of the second suspect is that he was wearing sunglasses, a black balaclava, grey hoodie, dark ripped jeans and brown runners with white soles.
