Charges are pending against a man arrested today in connection with a killing outside a southwest Calgary strip mall in June 2012.

Graham Mark Sear, 28, was found dead inside a silver Toyota 4Runner in an alley behind the Braeside Shopping Centre on Southland Drive S.W.

Police had responded to reports of a man being assaulted by two other men. The horn of the vehicle had been pressed several times during the assault.

Investigators think the killing was drug related.

Police previously charged a 30-year-old man with first-degree murder in connection with the killing in May.
