Boil water advisory issued for Picture Butte
Alberta Health Services says water should be boiled for at least a minute before consumed
People in Picture Butte are being told to boil their water.
The advisory from Alberta Health Services comes after a water main break in the town roughly 25 kilometres north of Lethbridge.
Residents should bring their water to a rapid, rolling boil for at least a minute before consuming it.
Water used for bathing or washing clothes does not need to be boiled.
The advisory is in effect until further notice.
