Calgary police say a woman's body was pulled from the Glenmore Reservoir Sunday afternoon.
At about 2:30 p.m. MT, emergency crews responded to a 911 call that there had been a drowning in the reservoir.
Witnesses walking along the east pathway, just south of the Glenmore bridge, saw a body in the water and called police.
Emergency crews found a body in the water, close to the shore.
The victim's identity and cause of death have not been determined, but police say it's believed the woman is between 40 and 55 years of age.
An autopsy has not yet been scheduled.
