Three people are in hospital this morning while police investigate a triple stabbing at a C-Train platform.

Police say they noticed a disturbance while driving by the Brigeland/Memorial platform just after midnight Sunday. When they responded, they found three men suffering from stab wounds

One person is in serious condition, the other two are considered stable, says Calgary police Duty Insp. Keith Cain.

"It’s still under investigation, no charges have been laid yet," said Cain.

"We have one person is in custody. but it’s unknown if he's a witness or an offender."

Cain says there were about 50 people on the platform at the time because a local event had just ended. It appears the three men were not part of that crowd.

2nd stabbing incident

About a half an hour later, police were flagged down by someone suffering an apparent stab wound on 17th Avenue S.E.

Police have arrested two men in connection to the second stabbing.
