Victoria's Jamie Benn aiming for gold in Olympic hockey
The Dallas Stars forward will be playing with Team Canada at the Winter Olympic Games in Russia
A hockey player from Victoria, B.C., has been selected to play Olympic hockey with Team Canada at the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia.
Jamie Benn broke into the NHL as a forward for the Dallas Stars five years ago. Today, he is the team's captain. It's that leadership, as well as his ability to put the puck in the net, that landed him a spot on Canada's Olympic hockey team.
