Victims named in West Kelowna homicides

RCMP investigators have identified the two victims of a double homicide in West Kelowna Monday evening.
Tiffany June Goruk, 30 and Jeremy Daniel Snow, 33, both of West Kelowna, were found dead in a SUV outside a condo complex in the 2700 block of Auburn Road.
The black SUV appeared to have crashed into a parking lot entrance light, but Investigators determined their deaths were not caused by the collision.
A man was seen fleeing the vehicle and police dogs were used to track the man over several kilometres, but he was not found.
Goruk had no criminal record. A Facebook page set up in her memory lists her as the mother of two young boys.
Snow was known to police. In 2009, he was arrested by American authorities for conspiracy to transport marijuana and ecstasy into the United States by helicopter. He was sentenced to four years in prison.
A Facebook page in memory of Snow indicates he was the father of a young daughter.
Police ask that anyone with information relating to the deaths contact West Kelowna RCMP at 250-768-2880 or via Crimestoppers.
