B.C.'s first ever Family Day holiday is set for Feb. 11.
Many British Columbians have the holiday off, but some federal and private sector employees still have to work.
B.C. Almanac hosted a live chat on this issue on Thursday.
Many of you appreciate the new holiday, but are skeptical about the political motives behind it. Some employers are worried about the additional holiday pay they'll have to dole out.
