Wanted man turns himself in to Quesnel Mounties

Police say a man who escaped earlier this month as officers in Quesnel, B.C., were trying to arrest him has now turned himself in.
Shadow Laflamme, 22, faces drug charges, assaulting an officer, and possession of stolen property.
Police said Laflamme jumped off a third-storey balcony to avoid arrest earlier this month.
