B.C. home sales drop continues

The number of home sales is down across the country by close to nine per cent, with a much more pronounced drop in B.C.
Along with a general softening of the market over the past year, some in the real estate industry are blaming new mortgage rules imposed by the federal government for also discouraging sales.
