According to the B.C. Real Estate Association, 17.9 per cent fewer homes sold across the province in August 2012 compared to the same month last year. Prices are also down 9.3 per cent.
Below is a map of residential unit sales in Metro Vancouver, comparing August 2011 and August 2012.
