Police are investigating after a man was found dead at a music festival in Boston Bar, B.C., early Sunday morning.
Police were called to the Sandy Pines Campsite just after 3:30 a.m. PT after an unresponsive man was found in a tent at the Entheos Summer Solstice Festival.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and police say it appears the victim "met with foul play."
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has taken over the investigation.
"The scene will take some time to process as there are over 1,000 people in attendance at this gathering," said Sgt. Jennifer Pound. "Investigators will be at the scene for several days looking to identify all of the attendees and Entheos event staff."
Police say the victim is in his 20s and is not from B.C. His name will not be released until his family has been notified.
Investigators have not made any arrests or identified any suspects.
