A former Vancouver policeman who was once described by the chief as a "rogue officer" pleaded guilty to three of four charges in provincial court in Vancouver on Tuesday morning.

Peter Hodson, 31, pleaded guilty to trafficking in marijuana and to two counts of breach of trust, while a fourth charge of breaking and entering was stayed by the judge.

Hodson was fired by Vancouver Police Chief Jim Chu in April after the charges were first laid.

All the charges relate to offences that occurred between Dec. 4, 2009 and April 20, 2010, Chu said at the time.
