What could be the most expensive Olympic rental in Vancouver is still available — at a price of $500,000 for the month of February.

The Seymour Street condominium penthouse atop the Level residence-hotel provides 5,400 square feet of indoor living space, plus a 2,500-square-foot patio that offers a panoramic view of downtown Vancouver.

"Whether you want to look at the mountains, False Creek, downtown, you've got any view you want in the city," said Daniel Mitchell, of Level Furnished Living as he showed off the suite to CBC News on Friday.

Virtually every room in the two-level suite also has a wide-angle view, even the bathrooms — of which there five.

The ensuite in the master bedroom features what's called an "effervescence tub," said to make you feel like you're floating on champagne. The bathroom also offers a steam bath.

"These are all custom made couches and the textiles come from a limited production that only a few designers in the world can get," said Mitchell.

"All of our linens were imported from France."

Two people have expressed an interest in renting it so far. Mitchell declined to divulge any of the potential clients' names.

"All I can say is, one of them is a billionaire from Europe and the other one is an ex-U.S. diplomat."
