The Vancouver man found dead behind the wheel of his Cadillac in the city's east side Saturday, the victim of a shooting, was Po Ho Cheung, 45, of Napier Street, police say.

"It doesn't appear to be a random attack," said Const. Howard Chow of the Vancouver Police Department.
Police received calls of shots being fired around 2 a.m. Saturday. When they arrived, they located the body in the car, and cordoned off the area for several hours while they searched for evidence.
Cheung often went by the name James, and police are asking anyone with information about the crime to call them.
Neighbours said Cheung lived in the home with his wife, Sandy Wong, a realtor. They were described as a quiet couple with no children.
Antonio Lising, a neighbour, said it saddens him to know that Cheung is dead.
"When I see him I just hug him like a brother. He's a very nice person. It's like my brother's gone," said Lising, who had known Cheung for four years.
