New Democrat MLA Harry Lali has been disciplined after last week's public rift with party leader Carole James over pay raises for MLAs.
James had said the NDP caucus rejected a commission's recommendation that MLAs get salary increases of 29 per cent.
Yale-Lillooet NDP MLA Harry Lali had spoken in favour of the pay raise.

She also had said her members would not accept the extra $22,000 a year if it became law.
Lali then spoke out in favour of the raise, saying he'd already called for better pay for MLAs and he couldn't be a hypocrite on the issue.
The next day, the Opposition leader's office released a written apology from Lali, the MLA for Yale-Lillooet.
But the apology did not say how Lali would vote when the new pay legislation is presented to the legislature later in May.
Now he's been stripped of his duties as critic for citizens services. He has also submitted his resignation as vice-chair of the NDP caucus.
NDP house leader Mike Farnworth said the caucus accepted the resignation.
Lali will continue to sit as a New Democrat MLA.
