Splintered window closes Terminal Avenue at Main Street

Part of a window fell seven floors to the ground at Main Street and Terminal Avenue on Sunday afternoon.

Nobody was hurt, but the window in the Vancity headquarters building was splintered.

Crews have closed the sidewalk northwest of the intersection and shut down three westbound lanes on Terminal Avenue.

The closures are expected to last through the night and into Monday morning's rush hour.
