Port Alice RCMP searching for missing man Marc Regimbal

Port Alice RCMP continue to search the remote wilderness area near O'Connell Lake for the 62-year-old, who was reported missing at 12:30 p.m. PT on April 1, 2016.

Port Alice RCMP continue to search the remote wilderness area near O'Connell Lake for 62-year-old Marc Regimbal, who was reported missing at 12:30 p.m. PT on Friday.

Campbell River Search and Rescue are also involved in the search, which includes nearby logging roads and camping areas.

Regimbal is described as a caucasian man, 5'11" tall, weighing 84 kg or 185 lbs. He is balding with grey hair.

Police say he is known to be driving a 2001 blue Honda Accord, four-door sedan with the B.C. licence plate BW0 25F.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Marc Regimbal are asked to contact their local police.
