The 23-year-old Filipino man was reportedly seen at around 11:14 p.m. PT on Dec. 26 in the area of Garden City Road and Granville Avenue. He was returning from the Contact electronic music event at BC Place in Vancouver.

Flores is described as five feet eight inches tall, weighing around 86 kilograms (190 pounds). He has short black hair, brown eyes, and has an athletic build.

"It is unusual for Ephraigm to go missing," said Cpl. Dennis Hwang in a statement. "His family, friends and the police are very concerned for his well-being."

Anyone with information as to Flores' whereabouts should contact their local police.

Friends of Flores are organizing a search party Wednesday afternoon.
