When Jori Phillips wrote a letter, stuffed it in a bottle, and threw it out into the ocean 15 years ago, she did not expect anyone to find it.

When Mark Dickson found a letter in a bottle while vacationing near Vancouver Island, he thought it had only been written a few weeks ago.
