Police say the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old man at a house on the 3200-block of East 6th Avenue near Rupert Street in Vancouver on Halloween night appears to be targeted.
According to the Vancouver Police Department the shooting was first reported at 10:30 p.m. PT.
When officers arrived they found the man suffering from a gunshot wound. By the time paramedics arrived the man had died, according to Sgt. Randy Fincham.
"The victim is known to police and early indications are that this was a targeted attack," said Fincham. "No suspects have been identified and the investigation is ongoing."
Homicide investigators are expected to be on the scene on Thursday morning.
