Holistic nutritionist Alyssa Bauman says you can still have fun and stay healthy over the holidays.

Bauman says the trick is to be aware of how and what you're eating to be able to enjoy the best of everything.

Among some of her tips: Eat before the party and focus on one or two "treats" instead of eating everything in sight.
