Vancouver can look forward to continued sunshine, but with slightly more comfortable temperatures beginning Friday afternoon, as a low-pressure system pulls down some cooler air for the weekend, says CBC meteorologist Johanna Wagstaffe.

The approaching system does not look like it brings much in the way of anything else — just a few more clouds in the mix beginning Saturday.

Meanwhile fire danger continues to creep up across southern B.C., ranging from high to extreme.
